I like to take the opportunity to complete weddings in all parts of south east Queensland.  I had the opportunity to marry Bob and Helen at their home witnessed by their children who live in the Toowoomba fringe.  I don't like using the word simple with ceremony because its the love of two individuals who become one together in life that is so strong and emotional.  Congratulations to Bob and Helen who are are achieving greatness in their own careers but are also living a wonderful life together.

Thanks to Tony and Karen for the following feedback.  "Brad was just a delight from the moment we met him. He gave us enough information to get to know him, put us at ease and assure us that everything would be taken care of. I would recommend Brad to any bride and groom looking for someone who has a traditional and modern touch wrapped up in one and someone special who you would like to be part of your wedding day".

I love being a Celebrant. Yesterday I married a dear friend who was a guest at my wedding almost 24 years ago. This wedding was attended by close family and friends and followed by a lunch outside overlooking Brisbane CBD on a beautiful Brisbane day. Congratulations to Ian and Elena. A very special occasion on a very special day.

Nick and Tara exchanged vows at Tamborine Gardens on the beautiful Tamborine Mountain. It was a 3pm wedding. Whilst Brisbane had 31c with high humidity and little rain on this day, as we approached the wedding venue to start setting up it was 19c, misty and light drizzle. Oh boy, my wonderful bride to be wanted to walk down a picturesque set of steps leading from a landscaped setting to 50 guests awaiting and its raining. At 2.30pm it poured down with rain and plan b was in my thoughts. The wedding planner and I knew how much the Bride wanted this setting to be perfect for this special day. We waited for another 10 mins before we go to plan b. Well someone was watching over us because as we approached the 2.40pm mark, the rain started to ease. The wedding planner and said at the same time "Lets get the Groom and tell him we are doing this with plan a". It was a great ceremony. Congratulations to a wonderful couple.

Roxanne said that she wanted to be married before her 40th Birthday and this goal has been ticked off the list.  Luke and Roxanne were married in a wonderful wedding venue called MacArthur Wedding Gardens and Chapel at Alexandra Hills.  They married in a very beautifully restored chapel.  Thank goodness it was air conditioned as the temperature outside was 35c.  Congratulations to Luke and Roxanne.  It was a real pleasure to be part of your wedding day.

I love the magic of wedding days. Waking up to a very bleak and rainy Saturday in Brisbane and from all reports it was the same at our wonderful location at Lakelands Golf Club. But even with the threat of severe thunderstorms for the afternoon, the clouds opened up to a very sunny ceremony for David and Yanni.

Both David and Yanni looked stunning in their wedding attire and the bridal party looked fantastic with similar purple/lavender colours to match the beautiful lavender tree above the wedding archway.

David and Yanni, I hope you enjoyed your wedding day as it was a real honour to be involved in your wedding. I am sure your family and friends from overseas, interstate and nearby were excited to be part of your wedding day.

Daniel and Bianca chose the Glengariff Historic Estate Kings Scrub (near Dayboro) for their wedding.  The wedding was at 9.30am and unfortunately it was a very hot day and the bride looked great as well as the entire bridal party.  Daniel and Bianca had specific items they wanted in their ceremony and that is what Celebrade can do to make your ceremony unique and a life event to remember.
